Add Tile Layer from any tiled up location?

It is possbile to use a format like this for adding tiles here?
https://s3.amazonaws.com/YYYY.XXX/CCCC/BBBBB/tiles/{level}/{col}/{row}.png

If not that would be huge.

yes should be possible, have you got a working tile url?

yes I here is one to try. We build these up custom at times.

strava.heatmaps.s3-website-us-east-1.amazonaws.com/taos/ride/

https://s3.amazonaws.com/strava.heatmaps/taos/ride/tiles/{level}/{col}/{row}.png

TMS Spec https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Tile_Map_Service_Specification
You can create/host/manage these files your own, I can add a link to it.

ok thanks for the reply. we typically build anywhere between 10 - 20 a week of these different views I would not want to burden you with adding these links each time.

ok cool :-)

as a sample: added strava-taos to https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/9984329/ArcBruTile/Services/Strava/Strava.xml
and new file https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/9984329/ArcBruTile/Services/Strava/strava-taos.xml

Should work from Add TMS Service -> Strava -> strava-taos -> Add selected service

Brett that was fast and very cool! I will have to see if this would work for us as the custom heat maps we build up at times have more zoom layers and need to be kept more private. I will have a talk and see what folks think!

cheers and thanks

fyi i've got now a port of ArcBruTile to ArcGIS Pro, should be possible to add the custom heat maps there too (if still relevant).
