It's easy to access Bing Maps and Open Street map at a click inside the ArcGIS with this extension. Thanks a lot for adding mbtiles format. I have contacted ESRI forum with out any reply, Bing Maps forums with out any feasible solution but you can done it. Well done. Highly appreciate your help :).

@cpacheco10: Google Earth and Maps can't be used as sources due to licensing issues.
